Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we anticipate a longer time, a member of our team will contact you immediately. Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders.

Delivery Time

We advise customers to regularly check the tracking link provided via email to them to get an idea when their orders will arrive. Please be aware that the delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

All orders include a tracking number. We will email you a tracking number after your order is processed & shipped, usually within just a few days. If you do not receive it, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist.

 Lost Packages

  • If you have tracked your package and it says it has been delivered, but you have yet to receive it, check the address on the tracking information and make sure it is correct. If the address is valid, you can go ahead and call USPS customer service as we are only responsible for the item until the post office receives it. After we drop off your package, it is in their hands, and they are accountable for the delivery of your package. If the address is not correct, you can email us, and we will look into it further for you!
